About The Process
Initial Consultation:
- This first step involves a detailed discussion between the client and the designer to understand the client's vision, preferences, and requirements. This might include discussing styles, materials, and budgets.
Design Proposal:
- Based on the initial consultation, the designer creates a proposal with a photo realistic image. This proposal is reviewed and refined with the client to ensure it meets their desires.
Metal Selection:
- Once the design is finalised, the next step is finding what materials the client prefers. This could involve choosing specific types of metals (Yellow, rose, white gold and platinum) or a mixture.
Stone options:
- We have a discussion about what stones you would like, if it is a stone of your own or one that we have purchased. This could be a lab-grown/ natural diamond from our marketplace, and if you would like it coloured we have options for fancy lab-grown diamonds or gemstones.
Measurements and Fittings:
- When visiting our studio we will guide you and make sure your jewellery is the perfect fit. (If you aren't able to pay us a visit we will send you a ring sizer free of charge).
Final Fitting and Adjustments:
- Once the piece is crafted, the client has a final fitting. Any necessary adjustments are made to ensure the requirements have been exceeded.
Delivery:
- The finished bespoke piece is delivered to the recommended address through a secure delivery service or collected from our workshop, depending on the client's preference.
Aftercare and Follow-up:
- After the delivery, the service might include guidance on how to care for the bespoke piece. Follow-up services could include future adjustments or maintenance.
